Using TapPoint LapTimer is as easy as using a stopwatch, or even easier, because the buttons are clearly labeled on the screen (no more trying to remember or explain the difference between the red and black buttons on your stopwatch, how to get into the right mode, etc).

Timing a session is as easy as:

  1. Press New.
  2. (optional) Select or enter the Car Number.
  3. Press Start.
  4. Press the Lap button each time the car passes.

When you are finished, LapTimer will save the session on the device, filed under the car number, for later retrieval at any time.  No more manually copying down times from your stopwatch!
